Welcome to SK Punching. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, or custom patches, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
SK Punching operates as a B2B service provider specializing in manual embroidery digitizing (formats including but not limited to DST, PES, EMB), raster to vector art conversion (formats including AI, EPS, PDF), and custom patch design and production.
Digital files are delivered securely via email or download links, while physical patches are shipped to the client's provided address.
All quotes provided via our website or email are estimates based on the complexity, size, and specific requirements of the artwork provided.
Digital Services (Digitizing & Vector Art): Payment is required only after the work has been completed and the digital proof has been approved by the client.
Physical Products (Custom Patches): A 50% upfront payment is required before production begins to cover raw material and setup costs. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final shipment of the patches.
Payments are processed securely via our approved merchant gateways using major credit and debit cards.
Once a quote or digital proof is approved, a payment link or invoice will be sent to the client.
Our standard turnaround time for most digital services (including standard left chest, cap, and vector art files) is 2 to 4 hours.
Complex digital designs (such as full jacket backs) require additional time and will be communicated during the quoting process.
For physical custom patches, production and delivery timelines vary and are strictly governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
We are not liable for any delays caused by incomplete instructions, unreadable artwork, or delayed communications from the client's end.
We pride ourselves on quality and offer free unlimited minor edits (e.g., slight resizing, stitch density adjustments, or minor color changes) within 30 days of the original order delivery.
However, if a revision involves completely changing the original artwork, adding new elements, or drastically resizing the design beyond normal limits, it will be considered a new order and billed accordingly.
Because our services involve custom labor and materials, refunds and cancellations are handled under strict guidelines:
When you submit an image or artwork to SK Punching for digitization, vectorization, or patch production, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright to the image or have the legal right to use and reproduce it.
SK Punching assumes no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement liabilities. We strictly provide a conversion and production service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the appropriate US jurisdiction.
