1. Digital Services Delivery (Digitizing & Vector Art)

Because embroidery digitizing and vector conversions are strictly digital products, there are no physical shipping charges or physical handling associated with these services.

• Delivery Method: All completed digital files (e.g., DST, PES, AI, PDF) will be delivered securely via the email address provided during the quote/order process or through a secure direct download link.
• Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for most digital files (left chest, caps, vector art) is typically between 2 to 4 hours after the initial quote is approved. Highly complex designs (such as large jacket backs) require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.
• Missing Emails: If you do not receive your files within the promised timeframe, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is not there, contact our support team immediately, and we will resend the files promptly.

2. Physical Products Shipping (Custom Patches)

For custom-manufactured patches (woven, embroidered, leather, PVC, etc.), physical shipping is required. The timeline for physical items is split into two distinct parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

A. Production Time

Custom patches are made to order. Once you approve the final digital proof and make the required 50% upfront payment, physical production begins. Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on the exact quantity and complexity of the patches.

B. Shipping Methods & Times

Once production is complete and the final 50% balance is settled, orders are securely packed in protective outer mailer boxes to prevent damage and shipped out via reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Estimated shipping times are:

• Standard US Domestic Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (Available at an additional cost during the invoicing stage).
• International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country's customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs & Customs Duties

Shipping costs for physical products are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination address. This exact cost will be clearly outlined in your final quote/invoice before you make any payment.

International Orders: Customers ordering from outside the United States are fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by their government. SK Punching is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by regional customs clearance processes.

4. Order Tracking

For all physical patch orders, a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as the shipping label is created and the package is handed over to the carrier.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to initially update in the carrier's online system.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your physical package arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of actual delivery. If your package is definitively lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to file an official claim and arrange for a complete replacement of your custom patches as efficiently as possible.
